LiuHe-ZiRanMen Kungfu Academy

It is our aim to follow in the teachings and traditions of LiuHe-ZiRanMen: Qigong, Taiji, Kungfu and Sanda (Sparring)

The practice of Martial arts are for the purposes of attaining greater fitness, strength, flexibility, health and vitality. The arts of LiuHe-ZiRanMen (Qigong, Taiji, Kungfu and Sanda) are for the realisation of practical and realistic selfdefence methods.

LiuHe-ZiRanMen training consists of three components: Strength and Flexibility training Internal and External fighting techniques Traditional Empty hand and Weapons training.

Practice is achieved in a controlled, safe and friendly environment. Providing the practitioner, the necessary means to learn a practical skillset, by way of utilising a hands-on approach to combat and sparring.

Traditional teachings are employed to follow in the way of the lineage, paying respect to the historical Ancestors and previous Masters. Progressing the arts and the sharing of knowledge, preserving this knowledge for future generations. My aim as the head coach of the LiuHe-ZiRanMen Kungfu Academy is to inspire each individual practitioner toward a regular regimented practice. To gain the most out of the depth of teachings that is LiuHe-ZiRanMen; one must dedicate themselves to their regular practice, wholeheartedly. Coach Andrew specialises in health, fitness and general wellbeing; regularly hosting seminars, workshops, and training intensives alike.
